Harris, officially signed with "The Skippers" men's baseball team of St. Clair County Community College in Port Huron, Michigan. Named to the 2005 AllStar team for his play with the Harrow High baseball team, Harris has been a part of many winning teams, most recently with the AAA 2005-06 Windsor Midget Major Selects. He begins his season this September in Michigan. Colchester flooding Some residents near Colchester have complained to Essex Town Council about flooding that caused damage to some buildings in the community at the beginning of March. Heavy rain and melting snow were identified as the cause. Residents of Colchester Country Club were advised that a drainage report is expected to be released soon, with a meeting on the issue to be announced in April. Colchester Country Club, McCarthy Beach and Crystal Lane are the focus of a town committee, which is reviewing the status of private roads within the municipality. A meeting with residents and the committee took place March 28 in Harrow. Skate Harrow marks 35th Carnival Skate Harrow reached a milestone year, presenting their 35th Annual Carnival, "Happiness Is..." at the Harrow Arena March 31. This year, the carnival featured guest pair-skaters 15-year-old Christi Steele and 18-year-old Adam Johnson of Strathroy, who have been Skate Canada Western Challenge Champions in Pre Novice, Novice and Junior in consecutive years.
