Oct. 20 at 7:30 p.m. The Friendship Club On Fri. Oct. 13 The Friendship Club held their monthly potluck supper at The Millen Centre with 37 attending. After a delicious meal the beautiful mum door prize donated by Donna's Hairstyling was won by Diana Dennis. Entertainment was provided by local children Jessica and Trevor Martin, Tamara and Taylor Bruner and Jonathan Beeby. Introductions were made for political guests which included Vicki Beaulieu, Tom Bain and Don Sylvestre with his charming wife. Diana Dennis played a few piano selections and we closed with the invitation to attend next month's potluck supper the second Friday of every month. Elections for the new officers were as follows: President Donna Roubos, Vice President Joanne McMurren, Recording Secretary Claire Renaud, Card Secretary Ethel Allison, Treasurer Donna Eyraud. We will be moving forward with the introduction of some new ideas while maintaining the roots of the original formation.
