Cedar Canoes - 4 large cedar canoes will be sold at the Naval Yard, Point Frederick, on the 15th of next month at twelve o'clock. They are made for rowing with oars or paddles.

Launch - On Wednesday the 23d inst. was launched from Point Frederick, the beautiful Government Schooner Brock, of about 130 tons Burthen. On which occasion, a salute was fired from the Shipping.

Last year vessels from Sacket's Harbor were out on the Lake near a Week, before they could enter Kingston Harbor, on account of ice. This year, the scene is reversed. Kingston vessels have been out a Week; but the ice at Sacket's Harbor, prevents them entering there. The difference is probably occasioned by the different direction of the winds, and the state of the spring freshets. A swell of water in Black River tends to loosen the ice and float it out of Sacket's Harbor.

23rd - Schooner Julia, J. Whitney, Master, from Sodus, with pork, beer, flour and lard.

24th - Schooner Olive Branch, I. Johnston, Master, from Sacket's Harbor, cargo oats                   and flour.

25th - Schooner Triumph, D. Reid, Master, from Sacket's Harbor, cargo potash, butter and cattle.

Schooner Dover, S. Brockway, Master, from Genessee, cargo potatoes, oats,                 butter, apples, eggs, mutton, etc.

               We cannot correctly state the arrival and departures of the Government Vessels,                not being acquainted with their names, commanders, etc. The Collector of the Customs for this Port, politely furnishes us with the arrivals, etc. of merchant vessels.
