ARRIVED
April 14th - His Majesty's ship Charwell, Capt. Otty from York.
Schr. Mary Ann, J. Mosier, Master, from York, with passengers and baggage.
15th - Schooner Perseverance, returned, not being able to get into Sacket's Harbor from the quantity of ice.
17th - Open Boat, A. Newton, Master, from Oswego, cargo - a quantity of pickled Salmon, Salt and Lumber.
SAILED
April 14th - Schooner Appellona, A. Allan, for Henderson's Harbor, in ballast.
Schooner Perseverance, J.G. Parker, Master, for Sacket's Harbor.
17th - H.M. Ship Charwell, Capt. Otty, for Niagara, with a detachment of the 70th Regt.
H.M. Schooner Netley, Capt. Brace, for Niagara, with troops.
Schooner Mary Ann, J. Mosier, Master, for York.
CUSTOM HOUSE OFFICE,

In order that Masters and Owners of Vessels, Boats, Rafts, etc. coming into the Harbour of Kingston may be aware of the regulations of the Port; the following notice is given for their information and guidance.
The Master of every description of Craft coming into the Port, is, on his arrival, and previous to unloading any part of his Cargo, to make report at the Custom House, and there receive a protection and certificate of entry. - This rule is to be observed by vessels of every description coming up the river as well as those from above, and to be as rigidly attended to by British subjects as foreigners. All craft on leaving the Harbor to be provided with a Clearance. Any craft not belonging to a British subject, found engaged in the coasting trade of this country, will be seized, together with its cargo. Office hours from 9 o'clock A.M. to 4 o'clock P.M.
