p.1 American Official Account of the Capture of York - 2 letters from Isaac Chauncey, Commodore, to Secretary of Navy, from Ship Madison anchored at York - American schooners shelling fort from 600 yards, "a large ship upon the stocks, nearly finished, - the only vessel found here is the Duke of Gloucester, undergoing repairs. - the Prince Regent left here the 24th for Kingston..."  [National Intelligencer]

p.2  Joseph Forsyth, Esq. to be Collector of the Customs at the Port of Kingston, vice Joseph Anderson, deceased.

p.3 Died - In this town, on Friday last, Joseph Anderson, Esq. aged 70, Collector of the Customs for this Port.
