Kingston, July 17th, 1815
Discharged Non-Commissioned Officers and Soldiers, who may have been recom-mended for receiving Grants of Land, are to repair to Cornwall without delay, & to re-port themselves to Alexander McDonnell Esq., superintendant of the Department for Locating the new Settlers.
