p.3 Notice - The Co-Partnership heretofore existing at Bellville, under the firm of John Hubbard and company, is this day dissolved by mutual consent. All persons having claims against the same are requested to present their accounts to Andrew Kimmerly for adjustment; and those indebted to the said co-partnership are desired to pay the same to Andrew Kimmerly without delay, otherwise they will be put in the hand of an Attorney firm for collection.
