The Subscriber begs leave to acquaint his friends and the Public that he has made a large improvement on Lot No. 1, in the first Concession of the Township of Cramahe, Being well situated on the Presque Isle Bay, for any kind of business, as vessels of 60 tons burthen can go up to a wharf now built. He hopes to see a Village there in a short time, and has laid out some acres of land in Town Lots, which he offers for sale on reasonable terms.
