York, June 5th - We are sorry to say that H.M. Schr. Toronto, went ashore at Gibraltar Point, on Monday, and it is supposed that she will be totally lost. Her cargo consisted of Indian stores.

NOTICE

Is hereby given, that the subscriber has got the exclusive right to ferry between Point Frederick and Kingston, therefore, all other boats that are found ferrying after this date, will be prosecuted to the utmost rigor of the Law.
