p.3 Wednesday last, being the King's Birthday, the usual Salutes were fired from the Batteries and Shipping.

The Steam Boat Frontenac left this port on Thursday Morning last, on her first trip for the head of the Lake.

NOTICE

Is hereby given, that the old schooner Lark will be sold at Public Auction at the house of J.B. Esselstyn, on the 4th day of July next, at 4 o'clock P.M. for ground rent and charges, unless she is sooner removed, and the rent and charges paid by the owners.

NOTICE

The Subscribers beg leave to inform the public, that they have commenced the Storing and Forwarding

BUSINESS.

They will unload and receive Goods from vessels, to their Store House, at the Outlet, and from thence bring them across the small lake with boats, to their Store House, near Mr. Hughson's. They have also a Scow to lighten the boats at the bar, at the Outlet.

They therefore take this method of informing their friends and the public in general that they will be in a situation to transport Goods of every description between this and Long Point, at the shortest notice, and on the most reasonable terms.

Schr. Geneva, May, from Oswego with 50 bbls. salt and a quantity of provisions.

Boat Hornet, Wood, from Sacket's Harbor, with sheep.

Schr. Rambler, Cherry, from Sacket's Harbor, with 12 reams of paper and provisions.

Schr. Minerva Anne, Parker, from Hamilton, 200 bbls. flour and 15 bbls. potash.
