p.2 arrival of Lieut. Gen. Drummond, from the Right Division of the Army at Fort Erie, at Kingston on board the St. Lawrence.

Our superiority on Lake Ontario, we believe is no longer disputed by the American Commodore, who, we understand has moored his ships, head and stern, across Sacket's Harbor, from an apprehension of an attack at that place.

p.3 negotiations at Ghent between Great Britain and the U.S. - Great Britain requires that the United States should hereafter keep no naval force on the Western Lakes, from Lake Ontario to Lake Superior.
