p.1 a letter captured at Sacket's Harbor giving an account of the capture of York from an American point of view - "...on Sunday the twenty first day of April last our little Navy on Lake Ontario, which consists of one Ship, one Brig, and thirteen beautiful Schooners, left this Harbor,..."
p.S. We took about 1,000 prisoners and a British Schooner, and burnt one forty-four gun ship which was on stocks, and sunk one Schooner.

p.4 The American Naval Force on Lake Erie consists of 11 vessels, two of which carry 20 guns each.
