General Dearborn left Albany a few days since to take the immediate command at Sacket's Harbor. Troops are continually to that post, and the first offensive measures are expected to be in that quarter.

The United States squadron on Lake Ontario consists of the ship Madison 28 guns; Tompkins 6; Conquest 3; Growler 5; Pert 3; Fair American 4; Julia 2; Ontario 1; Scourge 8; Elizabeth 2; Lady of the Lake 3; with the Mary bomb-ketch. A keel was laid for a 32 gun ship. An expedition against Kingston was in preparation, by land and water.

On Sunday last about 120 of the crew of the Constitution set off in carriages for Sacket's Harbor.
