According to his Registration of Death it lists his marital status as “single”. Mile’s occupation has been recorded as a labourer or a miner. Recorded in Roll Call, complied by Lubomyr Y. Luciuk in 1999, a Mike Lachin was interned at Nanaimo, British Columbia however there is no date of internment listed. No recording of a He¢imovié or E¢imovi¢ is listed in Roll Call Additions published in 2009. Mile was admitted to the Vernon Jubilee Hospital on February 8, 1917, he died nine days later on February 17, 1917 from pulmonary tuberculosis that led to heart failure.
