Altered Possibilities Career Support Network Inc., a not-for-profit organization, will be having its grand opening Nov. 12. Co-founders Monica Brandner and Lisa Milec have been working to get the program up and running for several months. It started as a project the two women ran primarily out of their houses. They have now secured a location in Kingsville and will be working to help women make the transition into the working world. "We've worked on some research of our own in regards to the needs of women," Brandner said. "We've found that there's a slight niche that is maybe not being met with other nonprofit organizations and foundations that we have here. We've just kind of sat down and started brainstorming and putting our research information together and it just started blossoming from there."
